Since August 2025, UPS and FedEx round each dimension up to the next whole inch before calculating DIM weight. A package measured at 12.1" × 10.3" × 8.9" gets rounded to 13" × 11" × 9" before any math happens. Calculators that skip this step will understate your billable weight.
